Jon David Marsh

Of the many hats, Louisville, Kentucky native Jon David Marsh has worn, the one bearing the title of retired person is the one least frequent. A veteran of the US Air Force and several institutions of higher learning Kentucky Colonel Marsh is a published fiction author and poet, a maker of things, and a continuing student of life. He revels in discovering new life and meaning in discarded items; fashioning furniture, vases, bowls, bread boards, and buildings of cast off and repurposed/recycled materials. Having moved to Americus, Georgia in 2017, he enjoys both the frustration and satisfaction of continuing endeavors as a woodsmith and wordsmith in the shadow of GSW, with his wife, photographer and interior designer, Lissa Marsh.
